My name is Jordan Maes. I graduated from Longwood University (August 2018 - May 2022) majoring in Graphic and Animation Design (GAND) with a duel concentration in Brand Identity & Animation Simulation. Throughout my senior year I participated in Design Lab, a student-led organization offered within the GAND program at Longwood University. Which allows student designers to get real world experience by working with clients. My experience includes a wide array of programs that span from graphic design to 3d modeling. Such programs include Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365, Cinema 4d, Blender, and Mac Book Pro. My skills comprise of teamwork, creative problem solving, critical thinking, leadership, mind-mapping & word association. I have a background in creating diverse projects ranging from print-based to digital media. I like to see myself as well rounded in different medias while also knowing there is so much more for me to learn outside of the university.
I’m currently the graphic designer at Tri-Cities Beverage Corporation, a family-owned organization with a broad portfolio of domestic, imported, and craft beers, as well as wines, champagne, and no-alcoholic products. Creating visual promotional elements for the advertisement of select products.
